Job Description
Orbit-Teleservices is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Order Taking and Chat Support Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional assistance. Your tasks will include providing accurate product information and efficiently resolving customer complaints.
No previous experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training. This full-time position features a flexible schedule with weekends off and a competitive salary ranging from Php17,00.00 to Php22,00.00 per month.
Ideal candidates should possess a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and hold a valid diploma. We also provide Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) benefits, 13th Month Pay, paid leave, and opportunities for career advancement.
