Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Order to Cash Associate II who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team at DB Schenker. As an Order to Cash Associate II, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing, invoicing, and collections activities. Strong communication skills in Arabic, both written and verbal, are essential for this role to liaise effectively with our Arabic-speaking clients.
Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
