Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process customer account creation and amendment
- Handle A/R billings, customer invoicing, and adjustments
- Understand end-to-end billing and invoicing processes
- Perform Accounts Receivable supervisory roles when needed
- Provide business unit reporting and relevant information
- Track and reconcile daily/monthly volumes and metrics
- Ensure accuracy of invoices in the AR system
- Investigate discrepancies in invoices and customer information
- Participate in analysis sessions for actionable insights
- Act as a subject matter expert in billing and invoicing
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in Order to Cash Process
- Good communication skills
- Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
- Amenable to full RTO and night shift schedule
