Job Description
In this key role, you will act as the subject matter expert in operations, ensuring timely execution of activities while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Drive service excellence by implementing best practices, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with teams. Coaching team members and supporting automation are vital responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, strong communication and analytical skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, especially in Accounts Receivables.
