Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Organization Development Staff to join our team. As an Organization Development Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, and evaluating program effectiveness.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in organizational development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Prior experience in organizational development is a plus.
