Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in business studies/administration/management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 5 year(s) of work experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR management principles, employment law, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, training, and development.
- Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills.
- Action orientated, able to follow up on feedback for positive outcomes.
- Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, equipment, and standard clerical techniques.
- Proficient in modern management techniques, leadership, and human resources management skills.
- Efficient facilitation skills for group discussions.
- Proficient in basic Windows-based applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
