Job Description
LausGroup of Companies is actively seeking a talented Organizational Development Officer to conduct comprehensive analyses and ensure operational efficiency across a variety of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing time, personnel, technology, actions, and costs to align with our corporate mission and vision.
Applicants should possess a degree in Industrial Engineering, a minimum of four years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the capacity to uphold confidentiality.
