- Graduate of engineering courses (ECE, EE, CE, ME) or business courses
- Knowledge in permit plan review, approval, issuance, inspections, and closeouts
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong report presentation skills
- Open to fresh graduates
