Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of OSS TECH 1 at KMC Solutions. As an OSS TECH 1, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our operations support systems (OSS) software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and troubleshooting OSS software to ensure its performance and availability.
- Managing and resolving system and network issues related to OSS software.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
- Documenting system configurations and procedures.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest OSS technologies and trends.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of OSS software, network protocols, and system administration. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively are a must.
