Job Description
EasyPC Computing, Inc. is seeking an Outbound Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and processing customer orders and distribution requests. Your tasks will also include:
- Assigning orders to pickers
- Creating sales invoices
- Managing canceled orders
- Uploading orders from marketplace to helix
- Managing data in spreadsheets and reports
- Monitoring and inventorying packaging supplies
Specific Skills and Qualities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Ability to work with service level agreements
