Job Description
We are seeking a professional Outbound Call Center Agent to proactively contact customers, promote services, and close sales. The agent will make outbound calls, present product features and benefits, document customer responses, and consistently meet performance targets.
- Qualifications: clear spoken English, persuasive telephone manner, basic computer proficiency, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Responsibilities: generate leads, follow call scripts, record outcomes, and achieve sales objectives.
