Job Description
FYB Technologies Inc. is seeking an onsite Outbound Call Center Agent to promote solar and home renovation services to US-based clients. Working night shifts (Philippine time) aligned with US time zones, you will place outbound calls, qualify leads, manage objections, schedule appointments for sales representatives, and log interactions in the CRM. This target-driven, full-time permanent role requires meeting call and appointment goals.
- Qualifications: high school graduate (college preferred); training provided; US campaign experience and neutral/American accent preferred.
- Skills: outbound calling, appointment setting, CRM proficiency, persuasive communication, and dependability.
- Compensation: Php 20,00–25,00 per month.
