Job Description
Linked Helpers is seeking experienced Outbound Call Center Sales Agents to join our team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Dialing outbound calls
- Deliver sales scripts to persuade customers
- Provide service information and resolve issues
- Research information and document call details
- Recognize trends in customer calls and upsell services
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent English speaking
- 1-3 years experience in outbound sales in a call center
- Good computer skills and data entry proficiency
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
Salary: Php125.00 per hour
Days of Operation: 5 days a week, up to 40 hours weekly
