Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Outbound Callers. This position allows you to work from home and offers a flexible graveyard shift schedule (GY shift). As an Outbound Caller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects.
- Introduce our products/services and explain their benefits.
- Conduct surveys and collect data from customers during calls.
- Document all call information and maintain accurate records.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volumes and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
