Job Description
ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is looking for an experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities include processing medical claims, providing benefit coverage info, and coordinating with insurance providers. Requirements: 1 year BPO experience in Healthcare, insurance claims experience, strong English skills, 40+ words per minute typing speed, and willingness to work night shifts in MANDALUYONG.
