Job Description
As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through phone calls or emails to promote and sell products or services. Your main task is to generate leads, provide information about the products, and close sales deals.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet sales targets. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
