Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Caller to join our team at Tawk.to as an Outbound Sales Agent. You will reach out to potential customers and promote our products over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients
- Showcase product benefits using sales techniques
- Gather customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team
Requirements:
- Strong background in sales and customer service
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in telemarketing techniques
- Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift.
