Job Description
Linked Helpers is seeking experienced Outbound Sales Call Center Agents with 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales for USA companies. Your role will involve making outbound sales calls to potential clients in the USA, persuading them to purchase our services and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Dial outbound calls and deliver sales scripts
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Document all call information and trends
- Upsell services and provide customer information
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- 1-3 years of call center sales experience
- Excellent communication and data entry skills
- Must have computer and noise-canceling headphones
Salary: Php125.00 per hour. Full-time, permanent position.
