Job Description
* Temporary WFH set-up after 3-4 months onsite is performance-based and subject to approval
* At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as an outbound sales representative handling US campaigns.
* Experience in cold calling is an advantage.
* CSR with upselling experience gained from US & AU telco campaigns are welcome to apply.
* Experience contacting businesses or with experience in outbound sales from a BPO setting
* Must have modern influencing and consultative selling skills with the ability to forge long-term relationships
* Account Management skills including timely, consistent, and articulate email, phone, and follow-up
* Self-motivated and self-starter.
* Ability to work effectively with customers.
* Ability to work in teams or individually as needed.
* Excellent both oral and written communication skills
* Ability to reorient the ‘pitch’ when losing customer engagement.
* Great listener – pitching per what the customer is saying.
* Brilliant interpersonal skills are a MUST
* Must have a valid NBI clearance

Salary: Php24,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
