Job Description

We’re continuing to grow and are now looking for an Outbound Sales Associate to assist our team with tasks related to being the initial contact for potential clients and supporting our relationships with current clients.

What you will do:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients through strategic outreach, leveraging cold calling, email campaigns, and social media channels.
  • Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with key decision-makers by understanding their business challenges and maintaining regular, personalized communication.
  • Deliver compelling and tailored sales presentations that articulate the unique value proposition of the B2B SaaS product to address the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates in the CRM system and implementing strategic moves to progress prospects through the funnel toward successful closures.

What you need:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment, with the ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
  • Access to a landline phone, reliable internet, and available for infrequent, paid travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,00.00 per month
