Job Description
Support Services Group Philippines is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative (Offshore). Responsibilities include making cold calls, identifying prospects, delivering scripted presentations, qualifying needs, closing sales to meet quotas, maintaining customer records, routing calls, and handling inbound client inquiries.
- Qualifications: high school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
- Skills: proven sales experience, strong persuasion and negotiation, excellent customer service, goal-oriented, calm under pressure, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
This is a remote offshore role with clear performance targets and a supportive team environment.
