Job Description
Pelicen Inc. is actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of maintaining client engagement, promoting account balance replenishment, upselling our various services, and ensuring that clients meet all regulatory compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding account management and sales skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a minimum of one year of experience in the BPO industry. This position requires flexibility to work night shifts and is located onsite in Makati City.
Competitive compensation reaching up to PHP 50,00 is attainable based on performance in meeting sales targets.
