Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Outbound Sales Representative with Lead Generation skills to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, as well as closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services
- Identify and qualify leads through effective lead generation techniques
- Nurture and build relationships with prospects to convert them into sales opportunities
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry trends
Requirements:
- Prior experience in outbound sales and lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
