Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing outbound sales team. You will coach and manage performance, set quotas, develop outbound strategies, optimize call campaigns, and maintain CRM pipeline integrity and reporting. Collaboration with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and conversion is essential.
- Minimum 3+ years in B2B/B2C sales, including 1+ year in a supervisory role
- Strong coaching, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, excellent communication, and goal orientation
