Job Description
The Outbound Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of quantity and quality of items served to customers, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Warehouse department in effective outbound warehouse processes, including inventory safekeeping, stock handling, and overseeing operations.
- Assist in developing efficient policies and workflows for outbound warehouse operations.
- Complete assigned tasks as required.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse management experience.
- Proficient in computer skills.
