Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee our retail operations. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the outlet, including sales performance, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize wastage
- Supervise and train outlet staff to maintain high standards of product knowledge and service delivery
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
