Job Description
The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail outlets, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include managing the store’s budget, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring high-quality products and services are provided to customers. This role involves leading a team of store staff, providing training and guidance, as well as fostering a positive and productive work environment. The Outlet Manager must be proactive in identifying market trends, monitoring competitors, and implementing effective marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of sales and customer service principles
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays
