Job Description
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is looking for an Outlet Supervisor to join their team in Taguig. The hotel features 576 guestrooms, 97 residences, and 96 Horizon Homes, providing a luxury experience.
Duties:
- Recommend, take orders, and serve wines and beverages
- Suggest food and beverage pairings for guest satisfaction
- Manage wine lists, sales records, and stock levels
- Ensure high standards in guest services
Requirements:
- College graduate in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in English
- Organized with good coordination skills
- Computer literate with outgoing personality
