Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Outreach and Engagement Specialist to join our team. As the Outreach and Engagement Specialist, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to engage and connect with the community we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach programs and initiatives to build awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify community needs and interests.
- Create and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and influencers.
- Plan and execute community events and activities to promote our organization’s goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community outreach and engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
