Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a P2P Representative II. As a P2P Representative II, you will be responsible for facilitating peer-to-peer transactions and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and resolving customer inquiries regarding peer-to-peer transactions.
- Assisting customers in navigating the online platform and providing guidance on using the P2P features effectively.
- Monitoring and analyzing transaction data to identify and address any potential issues or improvements.
To qualify for this position, you should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
