Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a P2P Representative II – Indirect Procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire procure-to-pay process for indirect goods and services.
Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Identifying potential suppliers and conducting negotiations to secure favorable pricing and contract terms.
- Overseeing the creation and execution of purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Managing supplier relationships and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Monitoring inventory levels and optimizing procurement processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in indirect procurement and familiarity with procurement software are highly desirable.
