Job Description
We are currently seeking a Package Consultant for our Billing & Digital Subscription department. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
As a Package Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the billing and digital subscription processes. This includes streamlining operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating and sending invoices to clients
- Managing customer subscriptions and renewals
- Resolving billing and subscription-related inquiries or issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Monitoring and analyzing billing and subscription data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement
- Assisting in the development of new billing and subscription solutions
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Prior experience in billing or digital subscription management is preferred.
Knowledge of billing systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
