Job Description
RELX is actively seeking a dedicated Package Processing Specialist to enhance our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately recording packages and data, managing TSP packages, and coordinating invoicing alongside the Content Billing department.
Your responsibilities will also include assisting with operations across multiple platforms, such as Salesforce, Evolve, CMS, and HESIOPS. Troubleshooting discrepancies and providing support to sales teams with package-related inquiries will be essential to your success in this position.
