Job Description
Ginebra San Miguel Inc is seeking a skilled Packaging Supervisor to oversee and manage packaging operations. This role ensures efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Key responsibilities include scheduling production, implementing maintenance programs, and managing packaging personnel.
Required Skills: Production Planning, Quality Control, Resource Management, Safety and Compliance, Team Management.
Minimum Qualifications: A licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and Communications Engineer, with a minimum of five years of experience in the manufacturing industry, and at least two years in a supervisory role.
