Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising all packing department activities daily. Communicate, motivate, and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Train, mentor, and troubleshoot issues in the packing, loading, and shipment processes.
- Supervise packing operations to uphold quality standards and SOPs.
- Train and mentor packing staff on procedures and inventory management.
- Coordinate loading and shipment activities to meet requirements.
- Enforce safety regulations, inspect equipment, and maintain shipment records.
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
– 2-3 years supervisory experience in packing, loading, and shipment
– Excellent communication and computer skills
– Ability to diagnose organizational problems and implement solutions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
