Job Description
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in the Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in report creation
- Average skills in MS Excel
- Keen attention to detail
- Positive working attitude
- Customer service skills
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provisioning of application for all PACS Workstations
- Evaluating, testing and acquiring equipment related to PACS and Non-IT systems
- Monitoring server and storage conditions, escalating faulty components to support providers
- Monitoring server and storage warranty coverage
- Managing and administering PACS systems
- Creating and updating documentation for servers, storage, and other equipment related to PACS
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Applications supported by PACS:
- Caresteam (Vue PACS, Vue Motion, RIS)
- ISCV
- Xperim
PACS Role:
- Supporting user’s requests for image management and study status adjustments
- Configuring user’s accounts
- Troubleshooting hardware issues
- Installing PACS software
- Troubleshooting software malfunctions
- Managing PACS hardware inventory
- Deploying PACS hardware
- Configuring new PACS machines, PCs, and printers
- Reporting issues to vendors
- Backing up images from machines (applicable only in Women’s Healthcare Unit)
Job Type: New-Grad
Salary: Php16,00.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Experience:
- 1 year in Picture Archive and Communication System (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Quezon City (Required)
