Position Overview:
This position involves assisting customers with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving billing concerns, and ensuring a seamless streaming experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer concerns: billing, payments, subscription changes.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for network, software, and device issues.
- Verify customer info and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
