Job Description
ASPAP Corporation is seeking a qualified Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will:
- Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case preparation and decision-making.
- Summarize and analyze legal documents, statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and pleadings.
- Assist in preparing documents for court filings and legal proceedings.
- Communicate with clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience and amenable to work in Madrigal, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
