Job Description
Responsible in providing support to the in-house Counsel performing legal research, due diligence, contract drafting & review, and other documentation. Able to handle a variety of tasks to get the legal department up to speed in its fast-paced transactions. To do administrative and executive support as may be deemed necessary by the management.
