Job Description
Description:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Law or equivalent
- Able to draft Construction Agreements, Employment Contract, etc
.• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
1. Draft of Contract of Lease or Memorandum of Agreement based from the Terms or Reference or Lease Offer/Lease Proposed agreed by both parties
2. Review the contracts/agreement
3. Review, assess, sort and collate all of the required supporting documents
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php30,00.00 per month
