Job Description
Reporting to the Right-of-Way Department Head, the successful candidate will be tasked with the following:
a. Scope of Work
- Drafting of complaints, judicial affidavits, notices to take possession, and other urgent pleadings
- Drafting and/or review of legal documents related to land acquisition
- Preparation and monitoring of expropriation cases
- Rendering assistance to project team
Requirements:
b. Qualification Standards
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least an incoming third-year law student
c. Licenses and Certifications
- None
d. Competency Requirements
- Proficient in basic laws and legal writing
- Good attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to do field work, if necessary
