Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our dynamic team at Atticus Solutions. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of working for an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) in the UK. This role involves collaborating with our financial planning team to provide comprehensive support in preparing and implementing financial plans for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Financial Advisors to gather client information and assess their financial goals.
- Conduct in-depth research on financial products, markets, and regulations relevant to the UK.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client files, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Generate financial planning reports and documents, presenting findings and recommendations clearly.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of financial strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and industry trends affecting financial planning.
- Maintain a strong understanding of various financial products and their suitability for clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Independent Financial Advisor in the UK (REQUIRED)
- Non-Negotiable: Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Paraplanner for an Independent Financial Advisor in the UK.
- Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in using financial planning software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
