Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned call center professional who is willing to train and coach newbie call center agents on various functions. This is a part-time position, allowing you to keep your current job.
- The trainer must teach team members how to handle both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Train and coach agents in tele-marketing/tele-sales techniques.
- Train agents on how to handle inquiries from Facebook Pages, emails, and other social media accounts.
- Train agents on how to sell or offer product promotions online using digital tools, email marketing, and social media.
- Train agents to be problem-solvers, fostering an attitude of “finding solutions” and the ability to work with little supervision.
Other responsibilities include cold calling, answering incoming calls, responding to emails and chat messages, and using scripts to provide product information.
