How can you make a difference?
- Provide excellent customer service
- Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat.
- Multitask on multiple computer screens and windows to attend to the customers’ concern
- Resolve issues while providing an exceptional customer experience
To join our team, you need:
- To be of legal working age
- To be a High School graduate (old curriculum) or SHS grad (new curriculum); also open to college students
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to type 35 words per minute
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Contact Center experience is a plus
- To be willing to train onsite (20-30days) and can work at home for 4 hours per day
- Wired internet connection at home (minimum of 20mbps download speed and 30 mbps upload speed)
- Must be residing within commuting distance from Alaska Campus
