Part-time Customer Service: EST, Sat-Sun, 9 AM-5 PM

Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer customer calls, address inquiries, and manage missed calls.
- Collect and report customer feedback and complaints for product improvement.
- Learn product knowledge and complete assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English Language Ability
- Good Customer Service Ability
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong learning ability
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Must be able to start on July 1, 2024
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Php110.00 – Php150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
