Location: Remote (UK Time Zone)

Schedule: Part-Time (3 out of 4 weekends), Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service via various channels, including email, chat, and phone, during weekend shifts.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers, respond to comments, and contribute to the company’s online presence.
• Implement basic digital marketing strategies to promote our products/services on social media platforms.
• Create social media campaigns to enhance brand recognition.
• Create and schedule engaging content.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), as well as Mailchimp for email outreach.
• Proficient in using Microsoft packages such as Excel.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
