Job Description
ICANTHUS is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our C-suite client. This remote role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar.
- Arrange travel plans.
- Draft and proofread business communications.
- Document meetings and conduct research.
Qualifications: 3+ years experience supporting C-level executives.
Job Type: Part-time | Pay: From Php250.00/hour | Expected hours: 20-30/week
