Job Description
- Subject matter expert in Technical Support and team management
- Evaluation of verbal and non-verbal transactions of SD clients
- Ensures consistent end-to-end application of the ITSM Service Desk Function
- Deliver services to meet customer business needs
- Provides guidance on maintenance of technical infrastructure
- Applies quality processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Japanese Native or JLPT N1/N2 competency level preferred
- Experienced in Service Desk Resolution Management
- Effective written and oral English communication skills
- Good Analytical thinking skill
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From Php6,00.00 per day
Expected hours: 32 per week
