Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects, ensuring that they are completed within the specified timeframe and budget. You will work closely with the project team to define project objectives, develop project plans, and assign tasks to team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating project timelines and schedules
- Tracking project progress and maintaining project documentation
- Coordinating meetings and ensuring effective communication with team members and stakeholders
- Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Preparing and presenting project reports to management
