Job Description
Are you an independent thinker with at least 2 years of experience in customer service? If you possess strong writing skills and are Zendesk trained, we want to meet you! Join our remote-first team delivering exceptional customer experiences worldwide.
Your mission includes processing refunds, assisting with payments, troubleshooting shipments, and clarifying company policies. We value empathetic candidates who can handle sensitive customer information with reliability.
Working hours include MON 6a-1p, TUE & WED 8a-5p, THU & FRI 7a-2p, SAT 7a-4p, and SUN 9a-4p (EST). Please note, training lasts 8 hours.
